Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and by using this Website you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Our offers are aimed at Adults who can act independently. Bei registering for a program, seminar or workshop etc., the costumer confirms that she/he is taking part of here own free will. If there are physical or mental problems, the participant undertakes to inform the provider in advance. The provider reserves the right to refuse participation in a group event under certain circumstances. If this notification obligation is breached, the costumer bears all responsibility and liability for everything that arises from this.
The client takes responsibility for themselves and decides how far they engage in the processes of self-discovery and self-healing.
The provider reserves the right to exclude the participant if she/he behaves inappropriately.
Disclaimer
Liability towards consultants, seminar leaders, promoters and organisers of the provider is excluded. The provider is not liable for any physical or psychological damage caused by participants in the consultation, training course or otherwise or by carrying out instructions within the framework of training courses etc.
The services offered are for personal use only. Forwarding or duplicating , even in part, or commercial use is only permitted with our written consent. The services offered are provided to the exclusion of any liability and to the exclusion of any warranty.
The costumer bears full responsibility for her/his action and decisions. Services offered serve to activate self-healing power and spiritual development. They are not medical treatments and do not replace any necessary medical treatments. We do not diagnose and do not promise healing. Our services are primarily understood as assistance for self-help.
Participation in healing sessions including distant healing and all events is entirely at your own personal risk. We assume no liability for any healing reactions during and after a session, training, etc., nor for emotional, psychological, physical reactions or anything else. We are not liable for damage to property or health.

Subject of the Contract
This contract regulates the consulting services offered by the provider. For the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the description of the offer page.
Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded with the express acceptance of an appointment/workshop/consultation etc. in electronic business transaction via the shop system or via other other means of distance communication such as e-mail or telephone.
The offers represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer trough the costumer order, which the provider can then accept.

Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order or appointment at any time by notifying the provider in writing or email or using the booking tool. There is no deadline for the refund. The date the cancelation was submitted will be used to calculate the refund.
Substitute participants for workshops, seminars, group sessions: if the customer is unable to attend, she/he can name a representative instead of the registered participant , there are no additional costs.
There will be no refund if the participant terminates an appointment /workshop/seminar/group session belatedly.
Registration for a Seminar/Workshop
By registering for a group-seminar/workshop, etc., the costumer confirms confirms that she/he is taking part of there own free will. The provider reserves the right tu refuse participation in group events under certain circumstances.
Payment Agreement
Payment is made by payment tool or to company account. With the payment of the mentioned price all services of the provider are covered. For seminars, workshops and group sessions, etc., payment in advance is required. The costumer can only take part in a seminar, webinar. group session etc., after timely receipt no later than 48 hours before the service is rendered. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancelation Policy
For workshops, seminars, group events etc. We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. A a refund is only possible up to 48 hours before the day of service.
For individual appointments we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancelation by the Provider
In the event that your appointment is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund of payment already made. However, no further claims can be asserted.
Force Majeure
